Terms and Conditions of Redemption of the Promotion:

  1. During the Promotion Period, any customer who spends HK$250 or above (the first spending) at any of the Designated Restaurants during the period from 18th December, 2023 to 5th January, 2024 (both days inclusive) can join the M88 Redemption of Klook Travel Coupon Promotion and submits his/her redemption application at the hours on the business days mentioned below during the period from 2nd January, 2024 to 12th January, 2024 (both days inclusive, but the last day of restaurant receipt redeemable is 5th January, 2024):

  1. Entitled Customer is required to submit his/her redemption application to Biz Office Ltd, tenancy manager of M88, at G/F Lobby or 9/F M88 with actual official receipts (Photocopies will not be accepted) from any of the Designated Restaurants between the hours of 11:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Wed and Sat) / 11:00 - 20:00 (Thu - Fri) during the period from 2nd January, 2024 to 12th January, 2024 (both days inclusive). No redemption application could be submitted on 7th January, 2024 (Sunday). Customer shall submit such credit card, personal documents and information as may be requested for identification, processing or record purposes.
  2. The Receipts must be credit card receipts, bearing some numbers of the credit card that made the payment. Cash receipts will not be accepted for redemption. If several receipts paid by the same credit card or by credit cards belonging to the same cardholder are issued with respect to any one meal, only the receipt with the highest amount will be accepted for redemption. The other receipts paid by the same credit card or by credit cards belonging to the same cardholder in any one meal will not be accepted for redemption. A customer cannot summit more than two receipts of spending in any one day during the Promotion Period.  Any receipt outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  3. Any receipt with spending $250 or above will, for redemption purpose, be counted as one spending of $250 only. For example, a receipt of $800 will be counted as one spending of $250 only. Such receipt will not be counted as three spending of $250 each. Any amount in any receipt that is over and above $250 cannot be used and cannot be added to or used together with any other receipt. Any receipt with spending less than $250 will not be counted and cannot be added to or used together with any other receipt. Receipts of different meals can be accumulated only if such receipts are paid by the same credit card.
  4. Restaurant staff of the Designated Restaurants and/or their respective families & relatives, staff of Property Management Companies, Cleaning Staff of M88 and their respective families & relatives cannot join the Promotion Program and are not entitled to redeem.
  5. Any representation or statement from any of the Designated Restaurants or their staff that is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Promotion herein shall have no effect and shall not vary any of the terms and conditions herein.
  6. Final interpretation of the terms and conditions herein shall be made by Biz Office Limited, the Tenancy Manager of M88 and in case of disputes, Biz Office Limited shall have the right of final decision at its discretion. These terms and conditions may also be supplemented or revised by Biz Office Ltd. at any time.
